General rule in most places: you can't monopolise a whole colour as a #trademark. A French court has agreed (also based on non-use grounds) in a multi-country dispute between @deutschetelekom (parent of @TMobile) and @Lemonade_Inc about the colour magenta https://is.gd/mRsdlD
