Bev is a Chartered Patent Attorney, Chartered Trademark Attorney, and European Patent Attorney. Bev has particular expertise in life sciences and biotechnology, and her technological interests include medical devices, pharmaceutical chemistry, immunology, stem cells, virology and therapy/diagnosis. She is regularly involved in provision of infringement and validity opinions, due diligence advice (e.g., for AIM flotation) and she has significant experience of Oral Proceedings at the European Patent Office. She has a particular interest in IP strategy, and serves on the CIPA IP Commercialisation committee.
