Anne is a European (French) and Chartered Trade Mark & Design Attorney.

Anne advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of trade mark and design law, including pre-filing clearance advice, registration and contentious administrative procedures such as oppositions and appeals before the UKIPO and the EUIPO. She further conducts IP audits, advises in cases of transfer of IP rights as well as enforcement of trade mark and design rights.

Anne handles small and large portfolios for clients in sectors such as healthcare products, clothing, workwear and footwear, food and drinks, and assisted some of these clients with large divestment projects.

Anne joined Harrison IP in 2007 to set up the Trade Mark & Design Department of the firm. She is based in Manchester and in Limoges (France) heading our French office. She is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA), as well as the CNCPI (French Patent and Trademark Attorneys Institute) and the APRAM (French Association of Trademark and Model Attorneys). She is an INTA (International Trademark Association) and, ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) member and attendee, and also an active member of the International Wine Law Association (AIDV/ IWLA)
